The Jamaican-American Adventist Association objective is to assist Seventh-day Adventist church operated basic schools in Jamaica. Through divine guidance and the collective effort of the members, we strive to strengthen Christian education through training and nurturing to create an environment, which will foster the spirit of love. To demonstrate love through social and humanitarian activities.
As Public Relation officer my objective is to raise public and member awareness of the Association, its mission and its message, to work to get activities and events noted. Maintain the web site by updating activities and events, assigning feature stories, and arranging for photo coverage of events. It is vital to keep members informed of upcoming events and activities and equally important to share news with the Adventist family. There are but few things that might equal the Joy of Knowing that you have done your best yet nothing can exceed the satisfaction when your best is done to the honor of the Lord.
Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others cant keep it from themselves. The need is great, we solicit your help with your contribution, together we can make a difference. With God as the head I am determined to continue to putt all effort and time in the Association to promote Christian education, which will transform children to a better society and prepare them for this life and the life to come.
